FlowBoards Practitioner: Visualizing and Managing Flow in Action

Overview

This hands-on course teaches you how to design, implement, and evolve a modern flow-based delivery system using FlowBoards. You will learn how to make work visible, establish effective policies, manage work-in-progress, and improve delivery predictability using real-time flow visualization.

Designed for delivery teams, leaders, and transformation professionals, this course goes beyond theory. You will work directly with FlowBoards to build a living system of work that supports better decision-making, faster delivery, and continuous improvement.

All participants receive a 3-month trial of FlowBoards to apply what they learn immediately in their own environment.

Certification of completion is awarded by the David J Anderson School of Management.
